報告人簡介🕴：

吳煥梅教授目前擔任天普大學公共衛生沐鸣衛生服務管理與政策系教授及系主任🍺，並兼任沐鸣全球事務助理院長🏊🏿。吳教授在數據科學、生物醫學、健康信息和公共衛生等多個領域從事交叉學科研究，重點發現是數據整合、預測建模👨🏿‍🌾，機器學習💇🏽‍♀️，和精準治療等方面🫷🏿。吳教授積極與學術界👆🏽、各級衛生中心、研究機構🤌🏿、工業合作夥伴和當地社區緊密合作，致力於實現產學研用於一體的目標。她領導的多個課題獲得包括美國國家科學基金會（NSF）🌏，美國國立衛生研究院（NIH），美國國際開發署（USAID）👨‍🔬，青少年糖尿病研究基金會（JDRF），羅伯特·伍德·約翰遜基金會（RWJF）等機構的資助。

To well prepare the next generation workforce with the ever-changing landscape, it is paramount to explore strategies to cultivate a cohort of individuals poised for sustaining excellence in both research and professional pursuits.  The goal of this session is to explore key elements such as honing research skills, mastering interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering critical thinking, and developing effective communication. Through this forward-thinking exploration, attendees will also gain insights into mentorship, networking, experiential learning, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for the real-world challenges of their chosen fields. The interactive discussions will inspire and equip the generations to come with research and practical skills and mindset necessary to excel in their scholarly pursuits and professional careers.
